Today, we’re focusing on the fundamentals.

Mastering your stance, movement, and punches all together can feel challenging at first, but by the end of today, you’ll start to feel more confident in your boxing form.

This foundation will set you up for success in the weeks ahead. Try it out, and don’t forget to film and share a freestyle round with me, I’d love to see how you’re getting on!

 

LET'S GET TO WORK!

Todays session is self-paced to help you ease into the rhythm, but don’t be fooled - it’s still going to push you. By the end, you’ll feel incredible!
 

  • 2 Press-ups

  • ​4 Gorilla Row (2 each arm)

  • 2 Swings

  • 2 Snatches

  • 2 Thrusters
     

(Next, progress to 3 reps, then 4, and continue increasing until you reach 10 --- a total of 270 reps)
