The Workout

A structured boxing program designed to sharpen your skills, build strength, and boost conditioning. 

Train wherever and whenever you want, each session featuring 6 themed shadow boxing rounds to refine technique, movement, and overall boxing ability.

Every workout ends with a strength & conditioning finisher, targeting either lower body, upper body and full body workouts, ensuring well-rounded fitness gains.
