Scott Cardle is one of the best coaches I have ever seen. He is absolutely fantastic with my son who struggles with sport. Thomas has found a real enjoyment from boxing and that is down to Scott's ability to motivate and encourage his clients no matter what age they are.

I have trained with Scott over the years many times. From when he first started out as a trainer, to his current slick ‘Cardlebox’ classes - which are amazing! Full body workouts including boxing skills which uses muscles that you may not use in the gym! I always come out feeling empowered after these classes. Love them! Scott is both encouraging, funny and motivating. If you haven’t already tried one of his sessions, it’s a must.

I recently started 1-1 training with Scotty after 20 years off the pads. I am currently 10 sessions in and absolutely loving it! Scotty pushes you just the right amount and is encouraging throughout, I definitely recommend if you want to get back in shape and enjoy doing so!

So I started training at the dalmeny in September 2021. Just doing weights twice a week in the mornings and eating everything in sight. I was about 20 stone. I always saw Scott's classes going on and he always encouraged me to get invovled. I had a brief chat with scotty about a charity walk I'm doing and he said get yourself in here I'll get you fit!
I took his advice I've been going 3 times a week and I feel like a different person now. I'm 3 stone lighter I feel really fit and full of energy. I can't thank Scotty enough for all his help advice and encouragement in getting myself into shape.

Just done my first one to one session with Scotty tonight and immediately booked another. Mixing boxing pad work with weights and cardio all into a free flowing session is something I have never experienced with a PT before but it definitely works and I know I will see results in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to improve fitness or learn to box to book in for a session
